The Human Resources Department at Flügger Group are therefore essential in our clear company strategy. We know that our employees are the most important asset that will enable us to attain our objectives. That’s why further development and communication across borders have a high priority in our company.

Flügger also has prosperity on our agenda. Every year we do an employee satisfaction test, that is used both in management decisions and as a working plan in each department. In order to make working conditions better for all levels in the organisation, we hired a consultant in 2007 to give advice about stress, working environment, communication etc.


Other ongoing projects in the HR department are Lean, Flügger Academy, a new cross borders HR and wage system and a significant PR project.
